Dawn Gallie Profile

Dawn Gallie is an Employment specialist covering all aspects of employment law for both employers and employees. She provides day to day and support to businesses on HR and employment matters including disciplinary and grievance processes, managing sickness absences, providing contracts and employment procedures and compromise agreements. She has extensive experience in advising employerson TUPE matters, business reorganisations and redundancies and represents clients in the Employment Tribunal. Dawn also represents employees in claims for unfair dismissal, all areas of discrimination, whistle blowing and equal pay.
In addition, Dawn provides training and conducts seminars on topical employment issues to both HR professionals and in house to businesses.
